Since joining the law firm of Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer in 1966, has practiced extensively in the field of corporate and commercial litigation. Oil and gas litigation experience includes farmout agreements and related disputes, royalty interpretation and disputes, oil and gas operating procedures in all aspects, petrochemical construction, lease interpretation, pipeline disputes, oil and gas evaluations, gas storage and gas pricing disputes, and joint venture agreements. Commercial-related litigation experience includes shareholder and director actions, tortious relationships, telephonic licensing, mining and banking disputes. Construction litigation experience includes high-rise construction and contract disputes, patent disputes, trademark and trade name breaches, and industrial design disputes.
