Private practice for 42 years devoted almost exclusively to construction law. Represented subcontractors, suppliers, contractors, owners, and architects in public and private construction. Former General Counsel to the American Subcontractors Association, Association of the Wall & Ceiling Industry, Steel Framing Industry Association, and National Ground Water Association. Types of projects included commercial buildings, highways, and public works -including Ohio's largest road project, largest bridge, largest stadium, largest school, and hospital. Projects range up to $4 billion.
Now serving exclusively as an ADR neutral.
