It is critical that each side should be presented with the opportunity to present its case within the applicable rules and that the goal is to objectively evaluate the facts, apply applicable law and timely decide all matters.

Capability of handing the entire mediation process from pre-mediation conferences through day long mediations on an entirely remote base via the use of Zoom remote video with participants located anywhere throughout the country (with no additional cost incurred by the participants for the technology and coordination).
