MEDICAL MALPRACTICE: Prior to 1999, was a civil trial litigator handling professional malpractice litigation from case investigation to jury verdict. TEACHING: While attending law school, was an adjunct clinical instructor of dentistry at New York University College of Dentistry in its international dentist program. EXPERT WITNESS: Prior to 2006, was qualified as an expert witness in New Jersey dental malpractice matters and rendered expert reports, testimony, record reviews or case evaluations at the request of attorneys or insurance companies. Since 2008, has been a New Jersey Superior Court Rule 1:40 Qualified Mediator and has served as a court-appointed mediator in more than two dozen matters involving a wide variety of disputes including, but not limited to, breach of construction contracts, landlord-tenant disputes, wrongful termination, etc.
