EXPERT WITNESS: Prior to 2006, was qualified as an expert witness in New Jersey dental malpractice matters and rendered expert reports, testimony, record reviews or case evaluations at the request of attorneys or insurance companies. Since 2008, has been a New Jersey Superior Court Rule 1:40 Qualified Mediator and has served as a court-appointed mediator in more than two dozen matters involving a wide variety of disputes including, but not limited to, breach of construction contracts, landlord-tenant disputes, wrongful termination, etc.
