Handled casualty investigations on behalf of hull insurers; collisions, sinkings & strandlings in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia & Singapore. Also experienced in charter party disputes, bunker claims & cargo loss/contamination disputes. Law Reform Consultant to the Attorney-General's Chambers and led the Singapore delegation at UNCITRAL working group meetings on arbitration (2004-2009). Holds appointment as an ad hoc District Judge, Singapore.
