Served as the mediator for most areas of employment law, including causes of action for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination in violation of public policy, failure to accommodate, breach of contract, wage and hour, breach of contract, accessibility, PAGA, among other claims. Has also served as the mediator for disputes concerning violation of consumer protection laws.

My substantive knowledge of employment law has been honed in the private sector, enabling me to provide parties with insight into current legal trends and holdings. Additionally, my extensive experience with employment litigation allows me to quickly grasp legal concepts, assess the strengths and weaknesses of the merits of the dispute and ascertain how a judge or jury is likely to rule. Clients attribute my settlement success to my innate ability to connect with both sides, using my in-depth understanding of the law, process and proceedings to move quickly to the heart of the dispute while maintaining a sensitivity to the financial risks and emotional toll involved. Hourly Rate: Not provided Daily Rate: $19,000.00 Study Rate: Not provided Cancellation: $19,000.00/Day Cancellation Period: 45 Days Comment: The daily mediation fee covers all preparation time, local travel time, reasonable follow-up, and administrative charges. The daily rate for noncomplex matters via Zoom or in-person within Los Angeles County is $19,000.00. The daily rate for complex which includes PAGA, multi-party, or class action matters via Zoom or in-person within Los Angeles County is $24,000.00. For in-person outside Los Angeles County, alternate rates may apply. For extra time outside reasonable follow-up, an hourly rate of $1,000.00 will apply. Fees must be deposited 45 days prior to the mediation date to guarantee the reservation. For cancellations less than the 21-calendar day period of time, the fee is the full daily rate.
