The above work has also involved resolution of numerous insurance coverage disputes including additional insured and indemnity claims.

I have mediated hundreds of mediations in front of the most respected mediators in our profession. For multiple party cases, I generally favor an approach that involves each party focusing on their own portion of the claim instead of what another party may be doing to resolve the claim. Some call this the "double blind" approach and I find it to be very effective.
