Mediated multi-party, domestic and international commercial and construction claims ranging up to $5 million. Mediated complex dispute involving multi-million-dollar estate. Mediated multi-party wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, and discrimination claims on behalf of organized government contractor and private contractors. Mediated a wide range of compensation and benefit disputes for an array of technical companies.

My mediation philosophy is that we live in a very small community and as such, the parties are very likely to encounter each other again. It behooves us to be creative and flexible in finding a solution that meets everyone's most important needs while preserving the relationship.
