Over 25 years of experience as a civil trial attorney specializing in commercial, contract, and regulatory litigation and arbitration. Expertise in litigating business structure matters, general corporate and business claims, regulatory litigation (both communication and energy-related), banking litigation, and construction claims. In the construction area, has handled a variety of issues including site conditions, change orders, design defects, surety bonds, governmental relations, and zoning issues.

Issues have included: telephone company interconnection agreement; qualified facility agreement; tariff application disputes between utilities and customers; construction cases involving owners, contractors and subcontractors (25); partnership disputes (5); hospital/health insurer disputes (2); general civil litigation (30); and general tort litigation (30).
