Issues handled have included delay damages, failure to perform, breach of contract, value of ownership interest, motor vehicle accidents, and disputes among heirs/validity of testaments; partnership dissolution; mass torts/environmental and contamination; employment contract disputes.

Challenge parties to view dispute resolution as a process within their control. Parties and their advocates need to open their minds to a position other than their own while attempting to reach a settlement which serves their needs.
