After nearly ten years as a trial lawyer followed by another ten as a trial judge, has devoted full time since 1992 to ADR. Adjunct faculty member at University of Texas School of Law 2012 – 2022, teaching courses in Negotiation and in Mediation. Mediated or arbitrated over 3000 cases in all fields with as few as two and as many as 165 parties, and with amounts in controversy up to the nine-figure range. Now devotes most attention to health care, commercial, real estate, construction and eminent domain disputes.
