Mediator Style & Process Preferences

Given the risk and cost of litigation, including the non-economic toil of disputes, I look for every avenue to resolve disputes. Early dispute resolution is important so long as the parties understand their claims, damages, and defenses. Creativity is key to finding resolution to complex issues and in order to maximize the benefit of mediation to all parties.
