The minimum time may include, among other things, review of correspondence and documents, scheduling conference with counsel, telephone conferences with counsel and/or parties, study time, preparation for mediation, and mediation session(s). Notice of cancellation of mediation must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled commencement time of the mediation session or a cancellation fee will be charged at the mediator's hourly rate for the time reserved for the mediation session. Additionally, compensation will be due for mediator work completed to date.
