Blending experience in complex commercial litigation since 1979, hundreds of hours of training in the arts of mediation and arbitration from premier national and international dispute resolution programs, and service as an acclaimed ADR professional since 2002. Experience in all phases of litigation (e.g., pre-litigation investigation, litigation auditing, pleading, provisional relief, discovery, law and motion, extraordinary writs, trial, appeal and settlement). Matters litigated before Federal and/or State Courts in California, Illinois, New York, Pennsylvania, other jurisdictions and numerous arbitration tribunals, California Labor Commissioner, Screen Actors Guild, American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, Writer’s Guild of America, Director’s Guild of America, California Regional Water Quality Control Board, California State Water Resources Control Board, National Association of Securities Dealers, Major League Baseball Players’ Association. Has resolved entertainment and intellectual property disputes involving idea submission claims, copyright, trademark, the Lanham Act, unfair competition, talent and management disputes, talent agency issues, net profit disputes, cybersquatting, misappropriation of name and likeness, defamation, trade secrets and rights of publicity. Has handled employment disputes involving wrongful termination, discrimination and bias, sexual harassment, breach of contract, and executive contracts. Has resolved business torts and complex personal injury matters in the areas of product liability, medical devices, unfair business practices, and fraud. Regularly handles breach of contract and corporate and partnership disputes. Has also resolved class actions matters involving wage and hour claims, employment practices, fraud, and unfair business practices. Has helped to resolve real property matters involving breach of contract, construction defects, easements, boundary disputes, fraud, lis pendens and environmental contamination.

Greg's mediation practice is dedicated to helping parties find peaceful solutions to litigated disputes. Five principles form the cornerstones of his practice. 1. Honesty. Hourly Rate: Not provided Daily Rate: $18,000.00 Study Rate: $1,800.00/hr Cancellation: $18,000.00/Day Cancellation Period: 14 Days Comment: Hourly rate charged for all study time, preparation, hearing time and decision writing. Expenses at direct cost with no mark-up. No fee for travel other than reimbursement for direct costs and expenses. Cancellation policy: If days reserved for hearings are cancelled or postponed within 14 calendar days of the first scheduled hearing date, parties will be charged for eight (8) hours of time per day which had been reserved, for all days cancelled, unless the original hearing date(s) are booked for another hearing. Willing to serve throughout the United States and internationally.
