Prior law firm practice includes representation of some of the largest contractors in the country on complex construction claim(s)/litigation and transactional matters handling disputes on a wide variety of complex projects, including heavy engineering (rail, bridges, dams, locks, tunnels, highways, aqueducts, wastewater treatment), power generation, mining, military and defense, medical care (hospitals), educational (research and administrative buildings, dormitories), office buildings, commercial (mixed use development, distribution center), hospitality (hotels). Cases involved federal, state, and local governments, public and private universities, construction companies (general contractors and major trade subcontractors), suppliers and sureties.
