Mediator Style & Process Preferences

The mediation process belongs to the parties. My role is to facilitate a settlement if one is achievable. Mediation offers participants the opportunity to achieve a satisfactory settlement through intelligent compromise and weighing practical considerations. It is less expensive, less time consuming and less distracting than full scale litigation. A mediation can only succeed if all parties want to resolve their dispute.
