Mediator Style & Process Preferences

Every case in mediation is unique and involves parties differently. I used to manage mediations in a proactive approach, asking the parties to become the real players of their procedure, not putting me as an expert but trying to use me as a tool, whenever they need. I like facilitative methods, but I'm able to use evaluative and transformative approaches too.
