At various times, was the Managing Partner of the Brussels and the Manchester Offices of the firm. Worked on both transactional and dispute work, including a major hospital project and major assignments in insurance. Partner in other City of London law firms until 2010. Full time third party neutral (mediator, arbitrator, dispute board member, expert determiner and adjudicator) from 2010 to date. Also worked on major construction and infrastructure projects for consulting engineers and claims consultants between 2011 and 2012. Joined a City of London law firm, Davies Arnold Cooper, and was the Head of the Intellectual Property Department and became a Partner in 1989.
