Law practice was involved in commercial litigation and construction law matters, involving both public and private projects ranging in value from $50,000 to $10 million. Has litigated cases involving telecommunication parties, accounting partnership dissolutions, and legal services disputes. Has represented general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, homeowners, architects, and mid- to large-sized businesses in construction and commercial litigation. Has also been heavily involved in medical practice and partnership dissolutions. Had a litigation practice which included the representation of clients against contractors and contractors against clients in litigation and before the Consumer Affairs Department. Additionally, has represented clients against home inspectors and against major corporations in various products liability cases (i.e., defective design and manufacturing of automobile airbags and brake systems and of infant training devises). Has represented a significant number of homeowners and homebuilders in litigation associated with the construction of new homes and the renovations and expansion of existing homes. Also involved as an advocate in real estate valuations, insurance, business, general real estate with partnership litigation and transactions as well as negotiation, arbitration and mediation since 1986.

Served as Mediator in over 1,000 matters involving construction, franchise, commercial, real estate valuation, matrimonial, homeowner and contractor disputes, sustainable energy developments involving solar panels, architect malpractice, legal services, estate claims, appellate issues, foreclosure issues, warranty claims, public works contracts, and civil claims handling issues between contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, homeowners, architects, municipalities, and mid- to large-sized businesses relating to construction and commercial issues as well as tax, legal, and insurance disputes.

To facilitate dialogue between the parties in a proactive manner in an effort to reach a fair and equitable settlement in keeping with the facts and applicable law. My expectations of the parties are that they be well prepared with appropriate documentation and have the authority to settle the case.
