I approach each mediation with thorough preparation and respect for party autonomy. Pre-mediation briefs are requested to clarify the issues in advance. Sessions begin with joint sessions or private caucuses (Party Preference) and allow parties to share perspectives confidentially and foster dialogue. My role is to guide discussion, reality-test positions, and assist the parties in exploring creative solutions. I share evaluative perspectives when requested or when doing so will advance resolution. My philosophy emphasizes patience, persistence, and maintaining momentum toward settlement.

Proficient in conducting mediations on Zoom and using Adobe Sign. Experienced in managing multi-party breakout sessions and electronic document exchange. Comfortable integrating AI-driven tools to support case preparation and analysis, reflecting a forward-looking approach to dispute resolution technology.
