I approach each mediation with thorough preparation and respect for party autonomy. Pre-mediation briefs are requested to clarify the issues in advance. Sessions begin with joint sessions or private caucuses (Party Preference) and allow parties to share perspectives confidentially and foster dialogue. My role is to guide discussion, reality-test positions, and assist the parties in exploring creative solutions. I share evaluative perspectives when requested or when doing so will advance resolution. My philosophy emphasizes patience, persistence, and maintaining momentum toward settlement.

Cancellation Period: 7 Days
Comment: Mediation rates are $4000.00 per day, $2,500 per half day (4 hours). Includes up to two hours of study. Travel is expense reimbursement.
