Mediator Style & Process Preferences

I spent the first half of my professional career representing employers and the second half of my career representing employees. In addition, I have experience working as a federal court clerk and in-house counsel for a national airline. I bring my respective experience in each of these roles to my role as a neutral, recognizing that most claims are better suited to an out of court resolution crafted the parties on their own terms.
