Mediator Style & Process Preferences

Never take no for an answer and never give up. Always be available even after the mediation if it does not settle at mediation. Look for the common ground and keep a keen ear and eye out for it. Make sure there is always an enforceable agreement before concluding. Be proactive in negotiation. Focus on the BATNA and WATNA.
