Trusted by owners, contractors, design professionals, sureties, insurers, and counsel to facilitate resolution of claims involving scheduling, delay, disruption, inefficiency, design and construction defects, differing site conditions, termination, and payment and leasing disputes. Applies a pragmatic, well-informed approach grounded in decades of industry knowledge, legal acumen, and dispute resolution skill.
