Hourly Rate: $340.00 Daily Rate: Not provided Study Rate: $340.00/hr Cancellation: $500.00/Day Cancellation Period: 7 Days Comment: Charge a one hour file administrative fee for setting up the file and confirming mediation dates and place in addition to the mediation/cancellation fees.
