Compensation

Hourly Rate: $500.00 Daily Rate: Not provided Study Rate: $500.00/hr Cancellation: $750.00/Day Cancellation Period: Not provided Comment: A $750 cancellation fee will be imposed for cancellations less then 24 hours prior to the scheduled mediation. Payment also will be required for preparation time expended up to the time of cancellation.
