Completed “Mediating the Litigate Case,” a 40-hour in-person mediation training at Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law in Malibu, California.

When parties retain me to mediate a case, I accept the appointment with great pride in my ability to achieve a resolution. I have been known to stay with the case and the parties for weeks and months with follow up emails, phone calls, and subsequent sessions all with the intention to achieve the desired goal of settlement. I want the attorneys, the parties, and the decision makers to collaborate with me to effectuate each positive outcome.

Proficient with the use of Zoom and Microsoft Teams for conferences, hearings and mediations. Law firm is entirely paperless and utilizes MyCase, a cloud based case management system; documents and communications are safely stored in accord with up to date cybersecurity measures.
