Numerous mediations as an advocate primarily in complex commercial disputes arising from state and federal actions, including multi-day commercial dispute mediations and court supervised settlement conferences. Expert witness experience: Acted as a confidential consulting expert on legal matters related to business entities, partnerships and other commercial business law areas to a number of private enterprises located in or doing business in Nevada. Expert witness testimony as a percipient witness offering legal opinions on legal matters related to business entities, partnerships and other commercial business law areas in both depositions and/or at trials or arbitrations. Representative matters include private mediations involving numerous publicly traded homebuilders in the Inspirada cases, mediations in an anti-trust action with Switch, LTD., mediations related to large entertainment project with strip casino operators, numerous mediations and court supervised settlement conferences regarding totaling billions of dollars in bank and guarantor disputes related to large real estate projects, including with Wachovia, JP Morgan and numerous regional lenders, as well as mediations on many smaller and mid-sized disputed related to real estate, hotel and casino disputes, partnership actions, and other commercial matters.

Cancellations with notifications longer than one business day have no fee. Travel fees are negotiable. Other than travel expenses, no other expenses will be charged.
