Cancellation Period: 30 Days
Comment: Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation or postponement of a scheduled mediation hearing must be RECEIVED at least 30 calendar days before the mediation's scheduled. Mediations cancelled or settled within 30 days of the mediation will be charged a cancellation fee of 8 hours of the Mediator’s full hourly rate. However, if the mediation is rescheduled, 1-hour of the 8-hour postponement fee will be credited to the rescheduled mediation. Cancellation fees shall be sent to the cancelling party unless otherwise agreed to by the parties.
