Mediator Style & Process Preferences

I work hard to build rapport with all parties involved in the mediation to promote an environment where each party can openly discuss all issues involved. I pay special attention to explain the mediation process and the importance of confidentiality to non-attorney parties in attendance so that they are fully apprised of the process and feel comfortable engaging in it. I highly encourage parties to submit mediation statements prior to mediation. I generally avoid sharing my views of the parties’ positions unless requested or where it may be helpful in achieving a resolution.

Highly proficient in use major online meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) having conducted mediations on multiple platforms. Proficient with use of major office technology suites (Microsoft Office, Apple iWork, Adobe Creative).
