Over 25 years of experience in corporate and dispute resolution. Experienced in numerous mergers, acquisitions, takeovers, joint ventures, build-operate-transfer agreements in a variety of industries including hospitality, healthcare, logistics and infrastructure projects in numerous countries including Vietnam, Myanmar, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore including private, public and state entities.
Experienced in listing and reverse takeovers of listed companies in Singapore and Malaysia including restructuring of companies including judicial management; schemes of arrangement and renegotiation of debt repayments.
Dispute experience includes a wide range of high value multi-million dollar construction disputes, disputes on concession agreements with state authorities and corporate, banking and medical negligence matters.
Currently managing a boutique legal practice that provides a full range of advisory and legal services ranging from corporate and commercial advisory, construction dispute resolution; insurance advisory and dispute resolution inclusive of risk management, dispute avoidance and prevention as well as early neutral evaluation and mediation strategy in tandem with arbitration and litigation preparation.
Currently advocating integrated dispute resolution (Med-Arb)/(Arb-Med-Arb)/(Med-Lit) strategies in tandem with needs of parties as well as advising organisations on mediation systems.
