Mediator Style & Process Preferences

Initially a facilitative approach in party articulation of positions and goals as an avenue to understanding objectives and needs. As necessary, increasing levels of evaluation, including reality testing and exploring practical ramifications of reaching – or not reaching – a resolution. Each mediation is flexible and is based on party (or their attorney’s) needs and preferences. The preference is to create a mediation experience where parties understand their reasonably likely options and reach an appropriate resolution which all parties are satisfied.
