Mediator Style & Process Preferences

Mediation is successful when both parties are committed to a meaningful solution. It is important that the issues are fully briefed in advance as I am an active and careful listener. My strategy is to create a safe environment to foster dialogue that is candid, transparent and respectful. I am thoughtful and creative with a commitment to resolutions that respect the integrity of both parties. While I prefer face-to-face mediation, I am also comfortable and facile with the use of technology, employing break-out rooms for privacy and confidentiality.
