Mediator Style & Process Preferences

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $400.00
Daily Rate: Not provided
Study Rate: $400.00/hr
Cancellation: $3,200.00/Day
Cancellation Period: 15 Days
Comment: Fees include time spent on preparation, organization of the mediation, and participation in sessions, meetings and verbal or written exchanges.
Expenses in connection with the mediation, including travel-related (e.g., transport, accommodation and meals) and space rental for in person mediation sessions (if and as applicable), will be preferably incurred directly by the parties or otherwise reimbursed to the mediator.
