Mediator Style & Process Preferences

Pre-mediation conferences with each party are key to my high-resolution rate (98%). I respect the preferences of the parties for process issues and defer to them regarding in-person vs. virtual sessions, opening statements, and the submissions of mediation statements. Above all, I seek to resolve the dispute and will assist the parties to finalize their resolution through the execution of a final settlement agreement when the parties’ discussions continue beyond the scheduled mediation date(s).
