Extensive experience in business litigation, including complex cases, intellectual property, real estate, entertainment, personal injury, medical malpractice, civil rights and labor/employment. Appointed to Superior Court by the Governor of the State of California. Presided over hundreds of jury and non-jury trials. Resolved a heavy caseload of law and motion matters. Managed a wide array of discovery disputes, and conducted numerous settlement conferences.
