TECHNOLOGY, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY Served as counsel to tech companies in the spaces of software as a service (SAAS), Genomics AI, mental health technology, medical device testing, imaging and radiology, Radiology AI, design and engineering, rideshare, gaming, and digital marketing. Served as privacy counsel to public healthcare company. Served as trademark counsel to public medical tech company. Experienced in intellectual property disputes and technology litigation, and drafting and negotiating software development and licensing agreements, including artificial intelligence, and agreements to protect and secure data. Provided analyses regarding the application of HIPAA to healthcare companies, drafted HIPAA privacy and security policies and procedures documents, and comprehensive General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)-compliant privacy policies for healthcare and medical technology companies.
