Represented a Singaporean entity in mediation proceedings governed by the SIMC Rules, and in the invocation of the dispute resolution clause to secure claims. Represented parties in mediation of disputes relating to shareholder disputes, property, international sale of goods and services etc.

A mediation brief is requested on a confidential basis prior to the mediation for learning about the dispute and confidential discussions are conducted with parties to understand their stance and interests in the dispute and to find where their common interests lie.

Known various online platforms like MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet etc., and had attended various online cases and arbitrations and familiar with MS Office application.
