Disputes have involved wrongful termination, discrimination, breach of contract, division of medical and dental practice locations and assets; and property settlement in divorce.

I use non-directive techniques and endeavor to encourage discussion to develop pragmatic awareness of the practical benefits of reaching immediate settlement and the dangers and disadvantages of continued conflict.
