Mediator Style & Process Preferences

My approach combines collaborative and evaluative methods to help the parties determine their best alternative to litigation and make an informed choice as to settlement or proceed with litigation. I have a great deal of employment litigation experience to apply, however, I also try to foster a collaborative relationship that allows the parties to assess their own risks and rewards of settlement. I also take the time to learn the case and understand the parties, while using my experience to help them allow themselves to move toward resolution on their own terms.

Technology Proficiency

Familiar with managing ESI and willing to conduct arbitration hearings in-person, via videoconference/teleconference, or hybrid formats. Familiar with the various online platforms (i.e., Zoom, Teams, WebEx, etc.) and willing to conduct arbitrations virtually. Preference for sharing electronic documents throughout the case.
