Serving as a full-time independent arbitrator and neutral after establishing ADRx LLC in June of 2022 following more than three (3) decades representing corporate and individual clients in civil litigation in the resolution of complex, high value commercial. employment and personal injury disputes through mediation, arbitration and trial. Subject matter expertise in areas of construction, transportation, hospitality, and property management. Prior to 2022, while still in private practice, served as chair of scores of Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Arbitrations.
