Highly experienced dispute resolution professional, who after a 30 plus year career as a litigator serving as lead trial counsel in commercial, tort and employment matters, retired as a Partner at a prominent Philadelphia law firm to serve as a neutral with no law firm or client affiliation. Accordingly, I completed extensive training from The Program on Negotiation and Cornell University. I have served as Co-Chair of the ABA's Dispute Resolution Section's Ethics Committee since 2024, Chair of the Montgomery County (PA) Bar Association's ADR Committee since 2023.
