Mediation style is a blend, with a primary focus on facilitative mediation. An evaluative approach is almost always applied, the timing and degree of which depends upon the behavior, experience, emotions, and interest of the parties and counsel involved in the mediation. There is no cookie cutter approach; adapting the style and approach based on an assessment of the dispute and the mediation participants is crucial to successful resolution.

Proficient with Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms for mediations. Proficient with use of Docusign for parties to execute mediated agreements when requested. Focused on improving mediation efficiencies through the ethical and proper use of AI, videoconferencing, and paperless environment. Completed AAA training in efficient and ethical use of AI.

Hourly Rate: $520.00 Daily Rate: Not provided Study Rate: $520.00/hr Cancellation: $1,500.00/Day Cancellation Period: 3 Days Comment: Two sided mediation: $260 per hour per side ($520 per hour total) Three sided mediation: $220 per hour per side ($660 per hour total) Four or more sided mediation $200 per hour per side Half-day mediations will charge a minimum of three hours of time. Full-day mediations will charge a minimum of six hours of time. Late cancellation fee (less than three full business days prior to start of mediation): $1,500 if scheduled as half-day; $3,000 if scheduled as full-day. Facility charges for in-person mediations will be invoiced and paid in equal shares by each party, unless otherwise agreed in writing or by contract. Anne does not charge for travel time of less than two hours round trip, but mileage, airfare, meals, hotel, and car service or parking for travel to in-person mediation will be billed in equal shares to each party or as agreed by all parties in writing, in advance of mediation.
