Over 11 years as certified mediator and certified family law mediator, including experience with multi-party mediations.

Representative cases include family law custody, child support, and divorces, personal injury third party claims and premises liability, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, FLSA overtime claims, UIM/UM insurance claims, real estate, and contract disputes.

Pre-mediation briefs are requested from each party a couple days in advance of the mediation. Briefs should summarize the nature of the disputes, identify all parties and potential parties, and identify relevant law, liability issues, and damages. Any potential roadblocks or hindrances to settlement should be identified. Further, if there is a need to speak outside of the presence of the client to address any issues, please make that known. Joint sessions are encouraged but are not required.

Proficient with virtual platforms (i.e., Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.). Willing to conduct ADR virtually or in person.
