Experience with construction claims, energy contract claims, securities regulation, disputes in closely held businesses, and a wide variety of business disputes.

Has mediated a wide variety of cases, from construction, to domestic, employment, securities, and all sorts of commercial disputes.

Issues in securities cases have included: unauthorized trading, fraud, negligence, failure to execute, churning and raiding. In construction cases, has dealt with delay claims, improper design warranty, change order disputes, weather delays, access to site, and related matters. Domestic cases have involved fraud and breach. Employment cases have involved breach of contract, commission calculations, pretextual discharge, and discrimination. Issues in commercial cases have involved a wide variety of issues including breach of contract, requirements contracts, delivery issues, patent claims, and other intellectual property issues.

My philosophy is simple. It is up to me to produce a settlement. No matter what. I do not give myself permission to blame the lawyers or parties if a case is not settling. It is up to me to rethink the issues, shift the dialogue, and get it done.
