Experience

An international mediator and dispute resolution practitioner with extensive experience in academic and professional training, currently serving as a contract professor at the University of Trento, Italy, in the School of Law. Since 2012, courses taught include the "Advanced Course on Negotiation and Mediation," the "Clinic on ADR," and the "Negotiation and Mediation Training and Coaching" programs. Additionally, a faculty member of the "Conflict Managers of Tomorrow" project at the University of Trento, active since 2010. In 2024, contracted as a trainer at the European Patent Office (EPO) in Munich. Previous training roles include the United Nations (UN) in New York and the UN Development Programme (UNDP) in The Gambia, where ADR staff received training on ADR mechanisms in relation to mediation, conciliation, and negotiation in 2022. From 2014 to 2016, served as a visiting professor at the DHBW Institute in Ravensburg, specializing in mediation. Other training responsibilities include the United Nations Logistics Base (UNLB) in Brindisi and the UN in New York, where negotiation skills training was provided to members of the United Nations Field Staff Union (UNFSU) in 2014. A member of both the Florence International Dispute Resolution Academy (FIDRA) and the Camera Arbitrale di Milano (CAM) since 2012. Accredited as a trainer and assessor by Italy’s Ministry of Justice since 2010, providing both ad hoc and collaborative training with leading national mediation training providers.
