In 23 years on the Bench, dealt with the entire gamut of commercial cases filed in the High Court with a focus on building & construction, intellectual property, and information technology cases. In the Attorney-General’s Chambers, represented the government in court litigation as well as arbitrations and mediations. Made extensive contributions to the development of legal technology in the Singapore legal sector. Led the development of LawNet, which today is the primary legal research application for Singapore lawyers and was involved in promoting legal tech startups. Steered the team that developed the Electronic Litigation System of the Singapore Judiciary.

As of August 2025, conducted 10 mediations under the auspices of the Singapore Mediation Centre and Singapore International Mediation Centre.

First High Court judge in Singapore to conduct a full trial on Zoom in 2019 during the Covid period. Preference for soft copy documents during hearings for more efficient conduct of proceedings.
