Cancellation / Postponement • Cancellation within 72 hours of a scheduled session shall attract a charge of 50% of the reserved time. • Cancellation within 24 hours shall attract 100% of the reserved time. 5. Expenses Reasonable out-of-pocket expenses including travel, accommodation (if required), and incidental costs shall be reimbursed at actuals, subject to prior intimation. 6. Allocation Between Parties Unless otherwise agreed, the Mediator's fees and expenses shall be shared equally by the parties. 7. Taxes All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST (for India-seated matters) or any other applicable levies. 8.
