Inheritance Disputes: Personal Representative Appointment and Compensation, Legitimate Estate Debts, Use and Disposition of Real Estate and Personal Property.

My mediation style is facilitative, interest-based, and child-centered (when applicable), providing a forum for clients to navigate difficult discussions. Clients meet with me together so long as meetings are productive. There may be periodic individual meetings with each client if this seems helpful to the process. I see my role as guiding clients through the relevant topics, providing information about the legal framework, sharing typical options I see in other cases, and noting any agreement terms clients generate which may cause questions or concerns. Upon full agreement being reached, I draft any documents needed to reflect the agreement terms and can provide filing instructions.
