My goal is for the parties to have all the information they need to arrive at an agreement that best meets their needs while crafting the process to make it as efficient, client-centered and inexpensive as possible. I primarily use the facilitative model of mediation but depending on the case may at times use an evaluative approach. I focus on creating a structure for the clients that is respectful and professional.
