Private practice in the Los Angeles area since 1982. Continually maintained an AV rating in the Martindale-Hubbell legal publication and is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Past chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Family Law Section, one of the largest family law bar associations in the United States. Adjunct professor at Loyola Law School, teaching marital property courses. Has also served as family law Judge Pro Tem, and as Minor’s counsel in the Los Angeles Superior Court, representing over 100 children in high conflict custody disputes. Mediator in the Los Angeles Superior Court Family Law Departments.

Over 25 years of experience working with families on all aspects of their divorce, averaging 35-70 cases per year. Including high asset and debt division, real estate, retirement accounts and business evaluation. Guiding families in the development of comprehensive parenting plans, including move away cases.

Pre-mediation briefs preferred in advance of the mediation session. General approach is to first meet with all parties and counsel to learn about the parties’ interests and concerns. Extensive experience handling virtual or in-person mediation sessions, including caucuses with multiple parties to assist in resolution.
