I mediate using an understanding-based model that requires mutual respect, open communication, and helps uncover creative solutions that address both parties’ needs, interests, and values. I believe the people involved in a dispute are most qualified to find a solution tailored to their unique circumstances. I view the role of mediator as a neutral facilitator who promotes clear communication, helps work through conflict and brainstorm ideas, and ensures that any written agreement is clear, complete, easy to understand, and legally enforceable.

Runs a fully virtual mediation practice and is proficient in the use of digital technology to support secure, efficient, and effective virtual mediation. Mediation sessions occur over Zoom.
